We’re all worried about Covid 19 and the effect it’s already had on our way of life. To try and reduce transfer of the virus, and to keep more of us healthier for longer, we’re looking at ways that we can reduce person to person contact as we go about our daily business.
We care hugely about our staff, our customers, our community, our friends and family and we know how important our pets and animals are to us all.
Our new Click & Collect service has been introduced to avoid people coming into the store when they don’t have to. We do love to see you all, and hear the chat, but for a while we’d like to make sure that we are significantly reducing social contact – better safe than sorry!
By using our Click & Collect service you are helping to reduce the flow of customers at the checkout and therefore minimising transfer risk. We’ve added hundreds of our stock items to the online shop, so you can browse at your leisure.
When you have added what you need to the ‘cart’ at checkout select the ‘local pick up’ option instead of £ delivery – unless of course you’d like a delivery!
In the ‘comment box’ please let us know what day and roughly time you’ll be in to collect your order. Remember, we’re a small team and working to capacity at the moment, so please give us at least 3 hours to run round the shelves and gather up your items!
When you’re in the carpark – give us a call on 01563 820233 and we’ll bring your delivery out to you.
